How to Use a Value Proposition Canvas Template in Creately?
Click on “Edit this Template” to open the Value Proposition Canvas template in the editor. Or open the Creately app and go to the Templates section. Enter “Value Proposition Canvas” in the search bar and select Use Template or Add to Workspace to get started.
Familiarize yourself with the template’s structure. The Customer Profile is on the left, and the Value Map is on the right. This layout will help guide your analysis and ensure clarity as you work.

In the Value Map section, identify how your offering addresses the customer’s needs. Describe your Pain Relievers (how your product or service alleviates customer challenges) and Gain Creators (how it creates value or benefits for the customer). This mapping will make your value proposition clear.
