Org Chart Design Updates and Functionality Enhanced (Improvement)
We’ve made key improvements to org chart usability, including updated profile image specifications with a reduced default image size and the addition of a new icon for cards without images. These changes resolve issues with image distortion and optimize alignments for a cleaner and more polished layout.
We’ve also introduced a sleek new design for org chart shapes, offering multiple alignment options to fit various preferences:
- No Image
- Top Centered
- Top Left
- Left Align
- Center Align
- Horizontal Align
Additionally, the “plus create” functionality has been enhanced to automatically connect new items to the same node, streamlining your workflow and improving usability.
These updates aim to enhance the overall experience and provide greater flexibility when working with org charts.
Improved Auto-Resize for Database Cards (Improvement)
Enhancing the user experience, database cards now dynamically adjust their size more effectively, particularly for content updated automatically from data. This improvement ensures all content is fully visible without manual resizing, streamlining workflows and enhancing workspace organization.
Shape Resizing When Adding Color (Bug Fix)
Shapes now retain their resized dimensions when any color is applied, ensuring consistent behavior and a smoother customization process. This update improves the user experience when modifying shapes.
Shape Selection After Grouping Enhanced (Bug Fix)
We’ve improved the reliability of shape selection after grouping, especially for inverted or flipped shapes. This update guarantees that shapes can be selected and grouped more effectively, enhancing workspace interactions.
SVG Export and Thumbnail Generation Improved (Bug Fix)
SVG export and thumbnail generation now work seamlessly, even when workspace names contain unsupported characters. This enhancement confirms that both thumbnails and exports are generated correctly, improving the visual and export experience.
Workspace Rename Update (Bug Fix)
Workspace renames now apply consistently across the platform. The updated workspace name is reflected in all areas, providing smoother navigation and a more reliable user experience.
