1. Create your workspace

Open Creately and create a workspace for your moodboard. Share it with your colleagues with whom you wish to collaborate with. You can use this workspace to conduct brainstorming sessions, collate research data, and have discussions.

2. Define the purpose and assign roles

Prior to creating the moodboard, ensure that everyone participating is aware of the purpose and the goal of the exercise. You can assign a facilitator to guide the session and make sure that everyone contributes equally.

3. Select a mood board layout

Browse the Creately templates library to find mood board templates such as a fashion mood board or interior design moodboard that you prefer and add it to the workspace. You can customize this as you want by adding shapes.

4. Customize your mood board

Fill out the mood board template as you brainstorm with your team and find inspiration for your project. You can drag and drop images, illustrations, and screenshots from your device, use icons and shapes from the library, add text boxes and different font styles, etc.

5. Review and share

Once your moodboard is complete, identify which designs are optimal and work for the required topic, and organize your moodboard based on your findings. Present and share the mood easily by exporting it or with a workspace share link within your organization and actively ask for comments and feedback. You can use comments to gather feedback from stakeholders.
