McKinsey 7S Model

The McKinsey 7S Model is an management strategy used to analyze the external and internal environment of an organization. It consists of seven core elements: Shared Values, Strategy, Structure, Systems, Skills, Staff, and Style. These elements influence each other and need to be kept in balance to ensure strategic alignment and organizational effectiveness. The model can be used by managers to gain insight into an organization's strengths and weaknesses and to devise a plan to make changes in order to achieve desired results.
