    How do I access Creately VIZ?

    Creately VIZ can be accessed directly from the app. You can find Creately VIZ in the Template section, Quick Toolbar and Plus Create options.

    Do I need to pay extra for Creately VIZ?

    Currently, Creately VIZ is available to all paid users as part of their existing plans. Moving forward, higher volume users of the VIZ features will have to subscribe to an advanced VIZ plan.

    There will always be a freely accessible VIZ component inside Creately.

    Why is Creately VIZ in Beta?

    AI functionality is in an experimental stage as we continue to fine-tune some features. We will continue to ship updates to VIZ as we bring it out of beta targeting Q1 2024.

    How are you using my data?

    Your privacy and security is of utmost importance. The launch of VIZ is in line with all our privacy and data protection standards. Your data is NOT being used for additional training or storage via any 3rd party systems. For AI content generation and analysis, we use Microsoft Azure AI services which do not store your data.

    Do I have unlimited access to AI with Creately VIZ?

    Yes, during the interactive period. Fair usage policy applies.

    What languages is Creately VIZ available in?

    Creately VIZ is currently only available in English. Once we develop some functionalities and further build out our capabilities we will roll it out across all languages.
