- What’s the difference between Basic product and Advanced product?
- Basic product gives you the tools to create and explore—from org charts in Atlas to process maps in Process and genograms in Clinical. It’s included on every plan, including Free, for available products. Advanced product adds deeper analysis, governance, and reporting through Enterprise, with access enabled separately for the products you choose.
- How can I try an Advanced product?
- Talk to sales to arrange a 30-day evaluation of an available Advanced product using your own data. Your evaluation starts after your first successful import, extraction, or scan. If you continue, we’ll add the product to your Enterprise agreement. If you don’t, you can still view your imported data.
- How do I choose between a Pro plan and a Business plan?
- Choose Pro for unlimited shapes and diagrams, PDF and image exports, private sharing, and one connected data source refreshed daily. Choose Business when your team needs unlimited connected data sources, admin controls, roles, an audit log, and priority support.
- What happens to my existing subscription or Team plan?
- Your current plan and price stay the same unless you choose to switch. Team is no longer available for new subscriptions. The current plans are Free, Pro, Business, and Enterprise. If you’re considering a change, contact us to find the right fit.
- Do you offer education or nonprofit pricing?
- Yes. We offer discounted plans for educational institutions and nonprofits. Contact us with your organization’s details to explore your options.
- What happened to the Team plan?
- The Team plan is now the Pro plan. If you were on Team, you’re on Pro now, with the same price unless you choose to switch. The team is no longer available, and the current plans are Free, Pro, Business and Enterprise. If you’re unsure which plan fits, contact us.
