However, the company\u2019s handling of the post is a\u00a0prime example of a perfectly measured response. Upon realizing that the employee used the<br \/>\ncorporate Twitter account instead of his personal one to share his plans to \u201cget slizzerd\u201d, the\u00a0Red Cross took a lighter approach. The customer eventually\u00a0dropped the suit without a fuss.
