It seems like this industry attracts a lot of unethical people. We&#039;ve had very bad luck hiring people who won&#039;t steal, disappear, etc..

What is the best way to bring self-motivated quality people into managing/planning positions?

Secondly how to retain talent from leaving? We pay well and try to be a positive workplace, but I&#039;m losing talent for lower paying competitors. How do I figure out why? 

Any Help would Be Gr8full
