I have been using various social media management tools for quite some time and I personally use Sprout Social over Hootsuite. I would recommend you to use it for yourself too. And, from my experience working as an Intern in a startup, use of a time tracking tool is a must for measuring team’s productivity.

I used most of the tools listed and they are really amazing! It makes my work easy and it saves my time. I’ve been using hootsuite for 2years now and I manage my Social Media accounts so smooth. Now I’m a little bit curious about ZenDesk. Thank you for sharing this amazing article.
