The tip on “Respect Your Time” is dead on. The most successful people I know have time management down to a science. They know exactly where their time is going and why. It does not mean they’re rigid and don’t enjoy themselves either, but it’s accounted for and fits in the plan.

Most people do not have very strong time management skills. This means their inability to prepare can derail your plans if you don’t have a strong time management practice. Time is the most valuable resource we have, so don’t allow it to slip away. Pomodoro. As entrepreneurs we have to remain in a peak state. I find setting a timer and actively moving and resetting my brain a few times every hour helps me to accomplish an insane amount of work every day.

And don’t neglect your fitness! I made that mistake. We see entrepreneurs like Richard Branson and Mark Zuckerberg take excellent care of their health.
