Thank you for installing Creately Diagramming plugin for JIRA.

Adding a Creately Diagram

To add a Creately Diagram to a particular JIRA issue is easy:

1. Simply select Add/Edit Creately Diagram from the More Actions drop-down menu.

   

2. You'll be then directed to the in-browser Creately editor where you can draw your diagram.

   

3. Then click to save your diagram. You'll be prompted to punch in a name for the diagram you just created.

   

4. Click exit to return to your JIRA issue. And your diagram is now added to the issue.

   

Editing a Creately Diagram

To edit an existing Creately Diagram:

1. Simply select Add/Edit Creately Diagram from the More Actions drop-down menu.

   

2. You'll be presented with a dialog. Simply select the diagram you want to edit and click on the Edit Diagram button.

   

3. This will direct you to the in-browser diagram editor where you can then modify your diagram.

   

4. Save your latest version either by giving a new name (optional). You can also enter optional comments about the changes.

   

5. Click exit to return to your JIRA issue. You'll now see the updated/modified diagram on your issue.

   

Deleting a Creately Diagram

To delete a Creately Diagram:

1. Simply click on the drop down under your JIRA issue attachments and select Manage Attachments

   

2. You'll be directed to a page with all the attachments. Simply click on the recycle bin icon to delete a diagram.

   

3. Then you'll be prompted to confirm the action. Simply click on the Delete button if you want to remove the diagram from this particular issue.
