Creately makes sharing your diagrams a breeze. There are 2 ways to publish your diagram on the Internet, namely:
Publish an Image of you Diagram (with Short URL)
All Diagrams created with a Free Account are Public Diagrams and are automatically published to a special URL (e.g. http://create.ly/fy73fd9u1). Paid users create Private Diagrams by default which must be explicitly published. Publishing creates a web link to a JPEG image of your diagram. You can share this link with everyone to view a non-editable version of your diagram.
Click the Share button on the Right of the Creately application to reveal the Share Panel.
To publish a web-accessible image of your diagram, simply tick the checkbox "Publish Diagram Image". This is automatically checked for Free accounts. Once the diagram is published, you will see a short URL in the Text Field below. This is the permanent short URL link to a JPEG image of your diagram

Embed a Diagram Widget into a blog or website
If you'd like to embed your diagram into a blog or website, simply publish your diagram and then copy and paste the widget code into your webpage's HTML code.
There are 2 types of diagrams in Creately.
Public Diagrams are automatically published and is the default mode for diagrams created with a Free account. This means that although the short create.ly URL is obsfucated, the diagram is available freely to anyone who knows the URL. This can include search engines and their crawlers.
Private Diagrams are never published and is the default mode for diagrams created with a Paid account. To make a diagram public, simply Publish it.
Click the Share button on the Right of the Creately application to reveal the Share Panel.
To embed a diagram, first tick the checkbox "Publish Diagram Image". This is automatically checked for Free accounts.

Once the diagram is published, you will see a short URL in the Text Field below. Now click the Embed Image button to reveal the widget creation dialog.

The Embed Diagram Dialog lets you configure the size of the embedded diagram, and whether it should link back to Creately so collaborators can edit the diagram from within your website or blog. Click the Select and Copy button to copy the code to your clipboard. You can then paste this HTML code into any web page, wiki or blog, and the latest version of your diagram will be available on that web site.
We love to make it easy to share and collaborate. So we decided to go a lil further and let you post your diagrams to Twitter with just 1-Click.
