Click the Publish button on the Right of the Creately application to reveal the Publish Panel.
Note - With Creately Desktop, this Publish panel/button will be disabled if you're not connected to the web. So you need to have internet connectivity. Also, make sure you've activated the 'Diagrams Anywhere' feature from the Preferences window before you click to publish the diagram on the internet or embed your diagrams into a blog or website.

Now click the Embed Image button to reveal the widget creation dialog.

The Embed Diagram Dialog lets you configure the size of the embeddable Diagram Viewer Widget so it fits perfectly into any webpage. Click the Select and Copy button to copy the code to your clipboard.

You can then paste this HTML code into any web page, wiki or blog. The widget always fetches the latest version of your diagram, and provides Zoom and Pan features so even the largest diagrams are still clear and easy to navigate.
Mouseover to see the Diagram Viewer in action
Creately's Viewer has two important components -

Diagram Player - You can view your diagram inside the player with full zoom and pan capabilities that will allow you to view even large diagrams without losing any of the diagram's resolution.
Toolbar - You can see the toolbar at the bottom of the player. This has some unique features and capabilities.
Diagram Link Button
This is the first function on the Viewer Toolbar. It has a 'link' icon and a number indicating the number of links available on the diagram.
When you mouse over the Diagram Link function, it will show a pop-up which contains the list of links. A link pointing to a diagram will show the name of the diagram and a link pointing to web page would show the page title of the web page.
When you mouse over the individual links on the pop-up menu, the object containing the link will be automatically highlighted. You can click on the individual links to open the diagrams or web pages.
Navigation Buttons
You will see both the back and forward functions.
You can use these functions to navigate between diagrams (only diagrams). This will work exactly like a browser's navigation buttons. But, the only thing is here you can only navigate between diagrams.
Fit to Screen Button - You can click on this function to fit your diagram within the viewer's screen.
Zoom to 100% Button- You can click on this function to zoom in 100%.
Zoom Scroll bar - You can use the scroll bar function to zoom and pan in to capture the details on your diagram.
Full Screen View Button - You can click on this function to view your diagram on full screen.
Download Button- You can click on this function to Download the Diagram Image.
Share buttons - You can now share your diagram viewer via social media sites. You can 1-click share your diagram viewer via Twitter and Facebook.
