How can I get my team mates to work together on my Diagram?

Collaborating and working with your team on Creately is fast and easy. You can invite an unlimited (Paid Plans only) number of people to work with you on your Creately diagrams.

  • Click the Share button on the Right of the Creately application to reveal the Share Panel.

  • All current collaborators will be listed here. As the owner of the diagram, you can remove or delete collaborators by clicking the red X against their email addresses.

  • Type in the email addresses of the people you want to invite to work on your diagram. This can be a comma separated list. With Creately, you can invite non-registered users to collaborate on your diagram. They will recieve an email with a preview of your diagram and a link to register for free to view your diagram. We do this to make sure your diagrams are secure. When you're done, click the Invite button.

  • In the Invite Collaborators dialog, select which users to send a notification email inviting them to collaborate on your diagram. You can include a personal message as well as a preview image of you diagram. Click Send to confirm.
