You can find the 1 Click Create button on the contextual toolbar for every object in Creately, and it’s been built with the smarts to automatically create the correct type of object depending on the diagram you’re drawing and connect up the shapes.

How to use 1-Click Create-n-Connect for faster diagramming?

  • Click on the 1-Click Create-n-Connect button. Depending on the Knowledge Object used, there may be a dropdown list from which to select what element to connect to. For example, with Flowcharts, Sitemaps or Org Charts, it may offer a variety of options. For example, the image below shows the 1-Click Create-n-Connect options available for flowcharting.

    • 1-Click Create for Flowcharts

  • Position and click on the drawing canvas to place the new object. The connector automatically routes for the best connection line.

    • 1-Click Create for Flowcharts
