Yes you can. We don't have long term contracts. Even if you downgrade to the free Public plan, you can still
access your private diagram data. However, if you cancel your plan midway through a billing cycle, we will not provide a refund for the remainder of the month or year depending on your plan.

Once you're logged into Creately, you can click on the Feedback link on the top right hand corner of the application window to send immediate feedback or comments to our product team. At any time, you can also visit the Creately support site to send us your feedback, ideas or just check out what our users are saying.

Creately is a web-based service which means, you don't need anything more than an internet browser like Firefox or Internet Explorer. Creately is developed on Flash and Flex technology, and will require Adobe Flash Player version 9.48 and above installed with your browser. Fortunately, 99% of today's browsers come with the Flash player so you need not do anything special. Should you not have the Flash player installed, you can get it here.

Your designs and diagrams are stored on our servers and are solely in your control. You can choose to export them as images (jpeg, png) as well as share them with your friends and colleagues through Creately. We will soon be releasing a widget that will allow you to directly embed your diagrams and designs directly into your webpage, blog, wiki or anywhere else on the web.
